House salad with blue cheese crumbles

HE SAID: The blue cheese on the salad was perfect because it wasn't too overpowering but added a creamy texture. The steak was served bone-in and was well-prepared. The potatoes were great!

SHE SAID: We were originally going to order the French style calamari but the waitress suggested the calamari arribbiata and I'm so glad she did. The peppers were just spicy enough and the calamari had a delicate breading. The veal saltimbocca was so flavorful but too rich to finish. We both did not like the tiramisu at all- it had way too much marscapone cheese and not enough lady fingers or coffee flavor.

TAKE OUT: This restaurant offers a very intimate meal with an old world feel. The service was excellent and the food was worth a trip in. The tempo of the meal is very slow- we were there for over two hours- so don't go here if you are in a rush. They have a beautiful patio outside that would be great for summer and fall nights.
